Chicken Soup for the Ruby Soul

Think about that with respect to programming languages. Java is still a chicken in comparison to C++, even though it has gained a little weight over the last decade.
And Ruby irritates me at times, driving me to great lengths to work around it or greenspun other language features into it. It is definitely a chicken in comparison to Lisp.
Sometimes smaller and weaker really will replace bigger and more powerful.
